Leadership Development Programme 

Effective leadership is a national and organizational challenge.  

This critical programme for the development of leadership capability in your current and for the emerging leadership team will make an indelible impacton your organization

Our programme uses experiential learning, facilitated  sessions and  a 360 assessment tool. The course develops in each participant an understanding of leadership, their  leadership profile and  a person specific plan for leadership development linked to the role each delegate fulfills in the workplace. The course is augmented by 6 - 12 personal coaching sessions.

This programme will facilitate sutained development that will make a difference to the individual leaders and the organizational  leadership  team's functioning and performance   Flexibly run at either our training site, a Conference centre or as a residential based programme.  The course is customised to address specific organizational needs

TEAM Effectiveness  Learning  Interventions 

Team performance is the basis for organizational success and performance. 

MNA's Team Effectiveness interventions are designed to assist teams to discover the drivers of high level team performance and how they can enhance their team performance. These engaging and challenging sessions are not just "another social session". In MNA's team interventions, teams are assisted to develop a roadmap to high level performance in a dynamic and enjoyable learning oriented process. 

 The MNA  programme includes the use of 360* assessment tools interactive exercises and facilitated learning to provide a process that will help map a path for your team to achieve greater effectiveness and the ability to perform at a high level .

Team Effectiveness interventions can be offered locally  and or as a residential programme (1-4 day programmes are available dependant on client needs) The course is customised to address specific organizational needs.

2- 6 post training TEAM review sessions are offered to embed and track progress towards realising the set objectives in the Team effectiveness roadmap
